The stay was fantastic! The breathtaking views from our room were one of the highlights, and having breakfast delivered right to us made our mornings extra special. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from lovely spots to explore by the sea. It does involve quite a few stairs to reach the rooms, but the porters were always there to help with the luggage, making it easier for us.

Navigating the many steep stairs can be quite challenging, especially in inclement weather.

Accessing the hotel involved a tricky trek with steep stairs, especially if you're lugging heavy bags—definitely a downer on arrival. The room felt a bit cramped, with no luggage rack in sight and awkwardly placed electrical sockets. Noise from water dropping in a nearby collection cistern made it hard to drift off at night, which detracted from the promised serenity. Also, a clear lack of shade outside was disappointing considering the stunning caldera views available.
